Thank you for shopping with BusyMumz! We’re committed to providing helpful tools for busy parents and fun learning resources for kids. We offer both digital downloads and physical products like our popular chore charts, potty training charts, flashcards, and more.
Digital Products
All digital product purchases are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, once the files have been delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please ensure you review the product description carefully before purchasing.
If you experience any technical issues downloading your files or believe you received the wrong item, please contact us at @buzymums@hotmail.com or via our contact us page and we’ll be happy to assist.
Physical Products
We only offer refunds or exchanges for physical products if:
- The product arrives damaged due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent, manufacturing defect, etc.).
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- You provide clear photo evidence of the issue.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Damage caused during shipping/carrier transit.
- Customer mishandling after delivery.
- Change-of-mind or incorrect orders placed.
How to Request a Refund (Physical Products Only)
If your physical product qualifies for a refund or exchange:

- Include your order number and photos of the damaged item.
- Wait for confirmation from our customer care team.
Once we verify the issue, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement — whichever applies.
